Thank you for shopping with AAA Bright Creation LLC! We take pride in our handmade candles, scrunchies, and bookmarks and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
